The honey is produced in our apiaries situated around the Cotswolds during the spring and summer. We stir the honey until smooth and creamy, then add small pieces of stem ginger, it's the soft type which has previously been preserved in syrup ( we don't add the syrup).
Traditionally spread it on homemade bread !! But if you don't have time bake your own, there are lots of great bakeries in the Cotswolds selling trendy sourdough.
