Mead - made with Cotswold Honey

 

  • We use Local Honey from the Cotswolds and surrounding area
  • Made with Natural Oxfordshire Spring Water which rises from the chalky hills , right here on the farm. 
  • Cysers made with Old Sandlin Bramley Apple Juice, from Leigh Sinton, Worcestershire
  • Melomels made with British Fruits

          We take great care of our beehives and production processes. Our meads undergo the same quality standards and are aged in the cool atmosphere of our facility between Shutford and the Sibfords, North Oxfordshire, UK. The honey selected for our mead is the same that we use in our Fosse Way Honey products - only the minimum warming and filtering is applied so that the maximum flavours and aromas are preserved.
