The honey is produced in our apiaries situated around the Cotswolds.  We stir the honey until it has a smooth and creamy texture, then we add small pieces of stem ginger - the soft, preserved ginger, not the crystallized.

The honey is particularly good on crusty sourdough bread and butter !
