Ordering and Delivery :

when you place an order on the website, I will carefully pick and pack your products - usually on the following day, unless you catch me before I go out to the bees. Your parcel will the be booked in with Royal Mail if you are not within our delivery areas.

Our parcels will be collected by Royal Mail on the day after that. We send everything by Royal Mail tracked 48 hour.  You will receive tracking details when I fulfil the order. We hope that the parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail in a timely fashion, but as you are no doubt aware, there can be delays. If you prefer a different carrier or service please contact me to arrange this.
