  • Did you know?

  • Bees born during different times of year have different lifespans. Those born in Spring/Summer have busier and shorter lives- living up to 6 or 7 weeks. However, those born in Autumn (before the Queen Bee ceases laying for Winter) are predominantly there to see the colony through to next Spring - therefore potentially living for 4-6 months. Of course, this all depends on the health and size of the colony and the severity of the Winter.
  • Independent Cotswold Business specialising in honey, beeswax polish and mead.

  • Our speciality food section is a great place to purchase a mini hamper .
